Activity Days for 2021 are now published
We are a group of volunteers who meet regularly to enjoy and maintain Jawbone Reserve. We welcome new members and volunteers, so please come and join us at our monthly activity days.
Our activities are supported by Hobsons Bay Park Rangers and include planting, mulching, pruning, watering the indigenous plants, testing the water quality of the lakes, and walks and talks on the local flora and fauna.

Clean up Australia Day - Paisley Challis Wetlands
Help Friends of Williamstown Wetlands (FOWW) clean up this sensitive coastal habitat.
The tidal creek and storm water drains provide an important saltmarsh and coastal shrub habitat for native frogs and reptiles and a large number of bird species. Unfortunately the area is subject to rubbish washed in from the sea, flowing down the creek, and blowing in from neighbouring sports fields.
FOWW have been cleaning up this site for several years.
Sunday 07th March 10:00 - 13:00
